Class Timetable

Classes and sessions are held at the private studio: Feelgood Fitness at The Park Centre, Daventry Road, Knowle, Bristol, BS4 1DQ. All classes need to be booked online and can be paid for in advance Book Now

Classes are in term blocks, but if you know you will miss a class, this can be used in another class within that same term.

Post natal and pregnant clients will need clearance from a medical professional prior to commencing exercise
