This workshop focuses on lengthening, stretching and mobilising tight and restricted muscles. We will use myofascial balls, spiky trigger point balls, bands and rollers as well as general stretches and Pilates movements. A guided mindfulness session at the end will help you really wind down and fully relax.
After the workshop you will have the opportunity to ask questions, as well as purchase some of the equipment used.
