Hip/glute stretches

This is a great stretch for the glutes that you can preform sitting at your desk, dining room chair or sofa!

This hip opener and stretch is great for releasing tension in the hips and pelvic floor. Use this to allow the hips to gently relax and stretch. It’s important that you fully allow the legs to become heavy, if you find you tense them, use pillows, bolster, rolled up towels etc.
