Sian
Sian has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 15 years. In that time she has worked with various individuals including pregnancy, neurological and general injuries. Starting as a personal trainer, she now works alongside a multidisciplinary team focusing on trauma. Sian focuses on working through both physical and soft tissue therapy to enable those with injuries or illness to move and feel better.
She is our lead instructor and therapist, as well as scar specialist working within litigation and educator for the industry. As well as teaching and treating the public, Sian also runs course and workshops for
professionals.

Charlene
Charlene is a Body Contol Pilates qualified teacher with a passion for making Pilates accessible for everybody. Her approach is calm, inclusive and encouraging and she has a passion for the benefits movement has on the mind, body and overall wellbeing.

Charlotte has been teaching fitness for 7 years. Her classes are inclusive and offer traditional and contemporary moves to work the whole body!

Kimberly Lippe
Kimberly is a creative individual who has previously studied dance and now performs and choreographs professionally.
She has a passion for teaching and inspiring younger years to pursue creativity and shine positivity on remaining active. She teaches Kids’ Dance and Ballet as well as Core and Stretch.
Laura
After suffering from endometriosis, Laura managed to improve her own health and inspired by everyone that helped her on the way, life gave her the chance to help others. That’s how she ended up training to be a fitness instructor, currently teaching Zumba and Pilates. In addition, Laura volunteers for the charity Endometriosis UK as Bristol’s support group leader and works as a Research Technician in Biomedical Sciences.
Laura wants to be able to support others to find the way to be healthy by sharing her knowledge and positive attitude towards life. She loves animals, food, and crafts but in her scarce free time you will find her dancing and singing with her cats and husband while she desperately tries to get some housework done.

Lottie
Currently studying to be a nutritionist alongside teaching Jiujitsu, MMA and 1-2-1 boxing coaching through the week.
Lottie is a mother of two and a type one diabetic so is used to fitting everything into a busy schedule!
She’s a huge advocate for women’s health and fitness, teaching women and men essentially how to protect themselves properly and become as strong as they can be, whilst having a whole lot of fun too! She runs our Bootcamp.
Louise
Louise has always been around and part of sport and exercise. She’s taken part in most forms and loves to challenge herself. She believes in a person-focused approach and is always looking to learn and grow as a teacher.

Mel
Mel is a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor with many years of experience teaching a wide range of classes and supporting people of all ages and abilities. Her classes are friendly, welcoming and focused on helping you build strength, improve mobility, flexibility and confidence through safe, effective movement.
Alongside Pilates, she is also a qualified massage therapist and offers massage and sound healing, which gives her a deeper understanding of the body, movement and relaxation. She can also incorporate helpful stretches and mobility techniques to support you both in class and in everyday life.
Her aim is always to create a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable working at their own level.

Michelle
Michelle is a newly qualified Pilates teacher with a strong belief that Pilates is for every body — not just a certain look, age, or level of experience. She’s especially passionate about working with people who think Pilates “isn’t for them,” and helping them discover strength, confidence, and ease through movement.
Her teaching focuses on supporting good posture, functional strength, and mindful movement that translates into everyday life. She’s interested in helping bodies move with care and capability – building strength that supports us through all stages of life, particularly as we get older.
Her aim is to create a space where movement feels accessible, empowering, and supportive of the body you’re in.

Owen
Owen has always been very active, with swimming being a large focus. For several years he has been a swimming instructor. He is now qualified in sports massage and personal training.
