Terms and Conditions for Monthly Membership

Please read these Terms and Conditions before purchasing a monthly membership.

Once you sign up for the subscription you will be allocated the set total number of hours for the year, therefore you will be able to book your classes in advance and if you need to catch up you will be able to book 2 classes in one week.

Classes will need to be booked at a minimum of one week and up to a maximum of three months in advance.

The minimum membership is of a three months’ initial commitment. For cancellation of membership you are required to give one month’s notice. Cancellation before the minimum commitment ends will result in a £30 administration charge. A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to re-book or cancel an appointment. Any less notice results in forfeit of the session. If you do not use the full amount of sessions in the allocated period, then these will not be rolled over to the next and will be lost.

Where a class falls on a Bank Holiday an alternative class will be offered. Please see the notice in the studio for these classes.

Memberships/packages/sessions/treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For packages/sessions and treatments you will need to book in advance of your class. If you do not use the credits in the allocated time frame then they will be lost and will not be extended. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure they can attend.

If you have not attended a Pilates class before or have specific needs, it is advisable to purchase an introduction beforehand.

Please ensure you have filled out the health questionnaire before attendance.

Socks or bare feet are fine during classes, however if you have any infections disease on any part of your body please seek a doctor’s advice and keep the infected area well covered. Please place shoes, coats and bags in the allocated space.

If you are late the class will run at the appointed time and will not run over to make up any lost times.

Access to the on-demand area is only available with payment of memberships and cancelled memberships will result in loss of access.

If you book but do not give the required notice for a class, you may not be eligible for the recording of the class or the class may be cancelled.
