2nd Phase of Womanhood- an introduction to the menopause journey with Pilates and exercise. Included is weekly theme covering everything from sleep, stress, relaxation and diet, with handouts and videos.
In this course we will explore everything from fallen arches, bunions, ankle strength, mobility, self massage and more to really give you functional feet.
