Make a Booking
Click on the titles at the very top of the block below to select what to book. You need credits to make a booking, so if you’re new, or have run out of credits, go to Memberships first to buy some.
Classes – select this to book our regular weekly classes. You may need to use the forward date arrow to see available classes.
Courses – select this to book courses and events. If you can’t see the course you want, try looking under Memberships.
Memberships – select this to buy the various packages we offer, including buying massage and some courses.
Trainers – select this to book private sessions.
Please note that you need to register or log in to our booking system Glofox to make online bookings. Glofox is also available as an app for IOS or Android. Search for ‘Glofox’ in the Apple Store or on Google Play on install it on your phone.
Recordings of classes can be made available on request (this does not include access to the members-only area).
