This is a 6 week course introducing you to the 4 stages of menopause. We will be looking at the associated symptoms with menopause. How the body changes and how exercise and Pilates can help.

Included within this course are weekly exercise videos that consist of Pilates and HIIT workouts.

Each week will have a theme that will be looked at in more depth, from sleep, food, stress and more. Everything you need to help educate and get you started or support you through this time of your life.
